- Fees for accommodation of participants
- Priority accommodation will be given to the outstation participants outside 100 KMs on the first come first serve basis.
- Fees (inclusive of food and accommodation): Rs 250 per person per day
- Fees for accommodation for visitors
- Guest hostel dorm/s will be provided as per institute remuneration policy
